Giants QB Daniel Jones officially out for this weekend's game vs. Miami
It will be backup Mike Glennon facing off against the Fins.
The New York Giants have announced that quarterback Daniel Jones is now considered week to week thanks to a neck strain suffered in this past weekend's game against the Philadelphia Eagles, and will therefore be unavailable when his team hits the field at Hard Rock Stadium in South Beach for their game against the Dolphins this weekend.
Therefore, in his stead, it will be backup quarterback Mike Glennon under center against the Fins:
Against the Eagles, Jones completed 19 of 30 passes for 202 yards with a touchdown and no turnovers in the 13-7 win. Meanwhile, Glennon has filled in for Jones on one occasion this season in Week 5 against the Dallas Cowboys, completing 16 of 25 passes for 162 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions.
At 4-7, the Giants are currently in last place in the NFC East.
