JUST IN: Cowboys sign former No. 3 overall pick Dante Fowler Jr.!
Another new face brought into the mix!
Veteran linebacker Dante Fowler Jr. was recently released by the Atlanta Falcons after having spent two seasons with the franchise, and now he's already found his new home.
According to multiple reports, he's signing with the Dallas Cowboys, a move that reunites him with Dan Quinn from their days with Atlanta:
Of course, people will remember that he's the former No. 3 overall selection in the 2015 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars after having played collegiate football with the Florida Gators, but that he missed his entire rookie season after suffering a torn ACL. He would later sign a three year, $45 million deal with the Falcons after having spent two years playing with the Los Angeles Rams.
He finished the 2021 season with 4.5 sacks, and has amassed 35 so far in his career.
