The Pittsburgh Steelers drafted Kenny Pickett at #20 last April. After Ben Roethlisberger announced that he was retiring last season, it wasn't a big surprise that the Steelers organization had to look for Big Ben's replacement.

Tonight was the first preseason game of the season for Pittsburgh, during which head coach Mike Tomlin decided to give Pickett his first chance while they were hosting the Seattle Seahawks.

Pickett completed 13 passes out of 15 for a total of 95 yards. He also recorded 2 TD and 0 interception at his first ever presence on a NFL field.

Paired with the third offense of the Steelers, #8 could have proven that he deserve a spot on the 2 first QB since he appeared to be #3 in practice this week.

At 24 years old, Pickett lead his team to a victory over Seattle with 3 seconds to play. He connected with Tyler Vaughns to win 32-25.
