So car in his career, Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons has earned two Pro Bowl selections, earned two First-Team All-Pro nods and won 2021 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year.
However, he'll be making one key change. He's switching positions full time now to defensive end:
Right now, he's working out in Austin at The Kollective with Mo Wells; however, he'll be returning to the team practice facility when the Cowboys begin organized team activities later this month.
“I just want to increase my explosiveness, add on weight the right way, sharpen it up, eating right and just doing anything possible that I can do the right way to be the best player I can be,” Parsons explained to ESPN's Todd Archer.
He's also worked on bulking up a few pounds, up to 251 from his playing weight of 245 last season.
“Those are just growing pains,” Parsons said of his injuries. “I’m just ready to show what I can do.”
