This was bizarre.

Former Cowboys great and current NFL Network analyst Michael Irvin raised a few eyebrows during a recent segment on NFL Network's NFL GameDay titled "Choose Your Own Pep Talk" in which he began screaming at a giant superimposed photo of himself.

"I ain't talking to you today, but I'm just letting you know: I need these dudes to DO WHAT YOU DID. DO WHAT YOU DID. YOU'RE A BAD BOY," he screamed at a photo of himself with Rich Eisen attempting to stop him.

"Hold on," Eisen interjected. "Choose your own pep talk, put them up on the board everybody."

Suddenly, Irvin's photo was replaced by images of current Cowboys players in Dak Prescott, Micah Parsons, Tony Pollard, Ezekiel Elliott and CeeDee Lamb.

"You just talked to yourself," Eisen said to Irvin. "Now choose who you want to give pep talks to."

"Dak. Come on Dak. All this noise all year after the kind of season you put up. You put the No. 1 offense on the field, but you're also No. 1 in interceptions, buddy. We got away with it all year long. We can't have it here, buddy. We need the good Dak playing and that bad Dak, that Clark Kent Dak — you leave him on the bench sitting down. But I need Superman in that game. Don't listen to Kurt [Warner] try to tell you, 'Don't try to do too much.' YOU DO TOO MUCH, LIKE YOU DID AGAINST THE GOAT."

"Now CeeDee. Let's stop playing around, CeeDee. I had to walk on that field with Jerry Rice on that field. YEAH YOU GOT DEEBO SAMUEL. BUT YOU ALSO WEAR THAT NO. 88. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? THAT MEANS YOU'VE GOTTA GO AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS. YOU GOTTA BE BADDER THAN DEEBO, BE BADDER THAN ANYBODY."
