The bad news is that the Pittsburgh Steelers lost quarterback Kenny Pickett to a concussion this afternoon at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, necessitating the return to action of the maligned Mitchell Trubisky.

The good news is that Trubisky performed well enough to lead the Steelers to an upset win over the Bucs, which also included a halftime sideline meltdown captured on video by Tom Brady. Afterward, Trubisky said that he was simply happy to help lead the team to a much-needed victory.

"Honestly, it feels good," Trubisky said after helping the Steelers win their first game at home. "It feels good to win as a team, and to show my teammates what I'm capable of. The best part is seeing their joy and excitement after a hard-fought victory like that."

"When you kind of get thrown in there, you might be thinking a little less, just going out there and playing free," added Trubisky. "I just wanted to continue to be aggressive, play free and everyone kind of just rallied together. It was fun."

Trubisky completed 9 of 12 passes for 144 yards and a touchdown after replacing Pickett, who had gone 11 of 18 passing for 67 yards and a touchdown.

As of right now, there is no indication as to who will be starting for Pittsburgh next week on the road against the Miami Dolphins.
