NFL issues chilling “shelter in place” warning at MetLife Stadium

This doesn't bode well for the game tonight.

The Football Feed

The NFL is scheduled to host the first Monday Night Football game of the year later this evening when the New York Jets host the Buffalo Bills at MetLife Stadium. But right now, that's looking like it could potentially be put on hold.

Not long ago, a "shelter in place" warning was issued by the NFL due to threatening clouds in the area of what looks to be the makings of a potentially massive storm.

Right now, no player personnel or staff are being allowed on the field. The opening kickoff between the Jets and Bills, which is set to be quarterback Aaron Rodgers' debut with his new team, is scheduled for 8:15 PM.
