We get it, there have been tons of stories lately about the likelihood of the Dallas Cowboys (or another team) signing free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., and the story seems to keep changing on whether or not he will be ultimately putting ink to paper.
But in the meantime, Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones has stated that he's communicated directly with Beckham, and that a deal is indeed on the horizon despite his team having already brought aboard former Indianapolis Colts wideout T.Y. Hilton.
“Odell’s going to join us,” Jones said. “There’s a good chance he will, with the complete goal of getting ready for a playoff game or two, and then I’ll look to the future. But most of it being about now.”
Over a nine year NFL career, Beckham has racked up 7,367 yards receiving and 56 touchdowns.
