The Dallas Cowboys took care of business yesterday at AT&T Stadium against their NFC East division rival Philadelphia Eagles, taking them down by a 40-34 final score. The Cowboys improved to 11-4, while the Eagles suffered only their second loss of the year at 13-2.
And as you may remember, the Cowboys were without the services of quarterback Dak Prescott during their Week 6 loss to the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.
There's certainly a chance that the Eagles and Cowboys could do battle for the third time this season in a potential playoff matchup after the calendar turns to 2023. How exactly would Prescott feel about it? If his comments are any indication, the Eagles had better be looking out.
“Very confident,” Prescott said. “It would be the third time, obviously splitting one and one. I am very confident. This is something that we have talked about throughout the week. We have to come out here and put our best foot forward representing who we are. But at the same time, understand that this might be the first of two times here late in the year that we have to play these guys.”
Cowboys fans, how confident are you of the prospects of beating the Eagles in a potential postseason game?
