The Aaron Rodgers era is officially over in Green Bay, as they finally moved on from the controversial quarterback by trading him to the New York Jets. This means that the starter's role finally belongs to Jordan Love, whom the Packers drafted in 2020.

He's going to get his first major test since the official departure of Rodgers in Week 1 of the NFL season, which will see him and the Packers take on the division rival Chicago Bears from the Windy City. How are Bears fans feeling about the matchup?

According to Kyle Brandt of Good Morning Football, there is plenty of "anxiety" in Chicago over the possibility of Love being a bonafide starter for the Packers. Take a look at what he had to say:

“It is the double anxiety bowl for the Chicago Bears fans because Jordan Love just can’t be great. He can’t. It’s not possible. Don’t do it. Meanwhile, Justin Fields has to be great,” said Brandt. “It’s going to take one drive,” said Brandt.

“Let’s say the Bears win the toss and defer, and Love comes out first-and-10 at the 25, and they go down the field and score a touchdown, it’s already on. The terrible start. The city will melt. There’s so much anxiety about Jordan Love being really, really good.”

The Packers take on the Bears from Chicago's Soldier Field one week from today.
