Former Dallas Cowboys icon Michael Irvin has whom he believes to be a perfect addition for team owner and general manager Jerry Jones to add into the fold in an effort to put the team over the top in the 2024 NFL season.

According to Irvin, he wants the Cowboys to go and sign Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry.

“Derrick Henry can get them back! Derrick Henry hasn’t gotten the love that he deserves. Come on over. Put that star on your helmet, buddy, and let us show you that kind of love. Let’s see Derrick Henry get 2,000 yards for the Dallas Cowboys,” Irvin said.

Henry, who earned his 4th Pro Bowl nomination, racked up an impressive 1,167 yards and 12 touchdowns, while also hauling in 28 passes for 214 yards in 2023.

Additionally, it was just announced that the Titans will not be giving the franchise tag to Henry, who is just over 500 yards away from passing Eddie George in team history. But where does he see his career path taking him?

"Any player would want to play for the organization they started with their whole career. I think that's a very unique and special situation for that to be able happen," Henry recently said. "The whole coaching change, I don't know all the details or what they're thinking, or the plan for the team, or how they want to move forward as an organization. So we'll have to see what happens, and I'll leave it up to God."

Cowboys fans, how would you feel about pursuing Derrick Henry this offseason?
