The Pittsburgh Steelers are gearing up for the 2022 NFL season, and are preparing for their Week 1 matchup at Paul Brown Stadium against the Cincinnati Bengals. And while their staring quarterback situation has been figured out, there's still one important matter of business to take care of, and it's coming in the form of an announcement from team president Art Rooney II.
According to Pro Football Focus writer Ari Meirov, Rooney will be making a "special announcement" later this afternoon.
He writes:
